Posted.Land is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows landowners or authorized users to create public information pages associated with posted property and provide a controlled method of communication through secure contact forms.

The Service may include property pages, QR code links, messaging relays, property descriptions, and membership tools designed to facilitate communication between property owners and individuals requesting access or information.

Posted.Land is strictly a communication platform and technology provider.

Posted.Land does not verify land ownership, guarantee the accuracy of property information, provide legal advice, enforce trespassing laws, or act as a law enforcement authority.

User Eligibility

By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to represent or publish information about the property associated with your account.

You agree that you have the right to publish information related to any property listed through the Service.

Membership and Account Access

Posted.Land may offer free or paid membership tiers that provide different features and service levels.

Paid memberships are billed annually unless otherwise specified and remain active for the duration of the billing period.

Membership features may change or be modified over time as the Service evolves.

Pricing and Feature Changes

Posted.Land reserves the right to modify pricing, membership tiers, or platform features at any time.

Changes may take effect immediately for new memberships and may apply to existing members at the next billing cycle.

User Responsibilities

You have legal authority or permission to represent the property listed.
All information submitted is truthful and accurate.
You will not impersonate another individual or organization.
You will not misrepresent property ownership or authority.
You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from information posted on your property page or communications sent through the platform.

Property Representation Disclaimer

Posted.Land does not verify property ownership, boundary lines, access rights, easements, or legal status of land.

All property information displayed through the platform is provided by the user who created the listing.

Visitors must independently verify property ownership and permissions before entering or accessing any property.

Messaging and Communication Services

Posted.Land provides contact forms or relay systems that allow visitors to submit communication requests to property owners.

Message delivery is provided on a best-effort basis. Posted.Land does not guarantee delivery, receipt, or response to any message sent through the platform.

QR Codes and Signage

Posted.Land may provide QR codes, signage references, or URL links that direct individuals to property pages.

Users are responsible for the proper placement and legality of any physical signs or QR code materials used in connection with the Service.

Platform Availability

Posted.Land strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Posted.Land for harassment, threats, illegal activities, fraud, spam, phishing, or misuse of the Service.

Posted.Land reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Paid memberships are billed in advance.

New memberships may qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee if requested within the first thirty (30) days of purchase.

After thirty days, payments are non-refundable.

Content License

By submitting content to Posted.Land you grant Posted.Land a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostedLand and DHA Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Service.

This includes disputes related to trespassing, property access, property damage, personal injury, or reliance on information displayed on property pages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostedLand and DHA Holdings, LLC from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

Service Modifications and Termination

Posted.Land may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Posted.Land strives to make the website accessible to the widest possible audience and aims to follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 where practicable.
